Dr Kola is successful today with his appeal at the Peterborough Crown Court. The Judge and 2 Magistrates found the GCC’s Private Investigator Nigel Wills of Devon Investigations Ltd not credible and that he had fabricated lies against Dr Akindele in order to prosecute him.
