Dr Kola's appeal was successful at the Peterborough Crown Court as the GCC and its Private Investigators were found not credible because they lied and fabricated grounds to prosecute him. 

Dr Kola is now vindicated and wins the long and stressful war on him by the GCC for whatever reason best known to them.
The GCC has been on him for years due to his name, race, national origin and where he was trained (USA). The big appreciations go to his thousands of patients who stand by him through the thicks and thorns of his ordeals in the hands of the wicked and racist regulatory body. 

Due to the scars of the long ordeal, both emotionally and financially, Dr Kola decides to de-register from the GCC for now and practices as an independent and non-aligned Spinal Healthcare Practitioner for the sake of his patients. Hundreds of his colleagues have also done so due to the regulatory dictatorship, wickedness and pure ignorance on the part of the GCC’s administration.
