The matter was part heard as scheduled and was going well despite a few interruptions due to other serious cases.
However, due to many much more serious and urgent cases that needed the Judge’s utmost attention, it has to be adjourned until the afternoon of Monday 02/12/19. Unfortunately, this means more fees for the legal team and another day away from taking care of the patients.
