Koch Industries is an open supporter of the privatization of public education and most other public institutions. This support extends to the funding of think-tanks, political action committees (PACs), and the direct lobbying of politicians. It is against the interest of any supporter of public education to do business with Koch Industries or their subsidiaries. The University of California should act in its own interest and boycott Georgia-Pacific and the other companies of Koch Industries.
