Red Spill 

I know you might think this seems stupid or unfair but i think it means change, for everyone and everything involved. I wanna start a program for pets in need, mostly the abused and abandoned ones. I wanna make it free and understandable to people in need of an animal. I for one think its very unfair that if there is an animal more or less a dog or a cat in a pound who doesn't get adopted, they get put down. I think there should be an alternative. Like persay a housing, and they will be able to live there life until they die, or if someone changes their minds to adopt them. It doesn't have to be just a cat or dog, it could be any animal. I'm not able to make changes on my own but all of you can.  lets open housings for animals across the world. If you agree with everything i said, share and sign, i wanna make this global.
