The Issue

Mark Carney Prime Minister of Canada and Doug Ford Premiere of Ontario must help the 100,000 + homeless in Canada who suffer every day!

In her last days Lucille Ball played a homeless person to make people aware homeless need help.

Professionals including Politicians and Professional Groups need to return Canada to a Good Country where citizens are not homeless, we have hospitals, and professionals enforce the Criminal Code to protect victims facing Criminals.

There was a day in Ontario and much of Canada that people who had mental disorders, social issues and financial disabilities could live in Group Homes.  Today many people are living on the streets suffering outrageous weather,  living on bags and begging for help from the public.  Some communities support group homes while many others ignore their traditional public responsibility.  The political leaders of our provinces and the federal government must support group homes who provide medical support, provide warm places to live and provide a secure place for the disabled to live. Any one who does nothing in our government are contributing to harming people who are now forced to live on our streets. No political leader should be allowed to harm Canadians on our streets. In Canada if you harm a person you are contributing to a crime.

Administrators of Canada's professions must be required to protect victims, stop exposing victims to criminals, and immediately report criminal conduct of professionals to police authorities.

Victims in Canada need help. The Liberal Party of Canada has ignored this petition. I am asking the new Leaders to take his responsibility and ensure that the Criminal Code of Canada applies to all people fairly and with dignity. Professionals should never to be above the Laws of Canada.

The Criminal Code should apply to professionals as much as the Criminal Law applies to citizens. Judicial Abusive Independence is unfair and wrong!

Convicted Criminal Mass Killer
The mass killer, Gabriel Wortman, was well known to the RCMP in Nova Scotia for his criminal record. Clearly our Justice System needs to be reviewed and repaired for the safety of victims. Our most vulnerable and front line workers have been ignored in Nursing Homes and the front line Police Forces.
