The struggle and hopes for genuine democracy and just human rights practices in Cameroon is shattered by the president (paul Biya) who has been in power for more than 30 years. Mr  Biya has institutionalize corruption and embezzlement. Biya has destroyed a generation of youths and has held the entire country hostage. Youths have no future and education has become meaningless as he remain the principal source of employment. Political parties, NGOs, freedom fighters and liberation movements are tired of his dictatorial and autocratic democracy installed in the Country. 

Despite Biya's dictatorship, he was awarded an honorary Phd by the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He does not only use this honorary degree to show his credibility as a trusted dictator but as a challenged to all those great men and women in Cameroon fighting for freedom. Cameroonians have never been privilege to see a university campus like that in Eastern Shore, but yet, while living and studying as refugees in the US, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore has honored the sole individual responsible for their misery and refugee status. 

I want the University of Maryland Eastern Shore to revoke Biya's honorary degree in order to rekindle the hopes of human rights activists in Cameroon and the rest of the world. Educational institutions in the United States should joint me in my effort to peacefully liberate Africa from dictators.
