Electronic harassment is one of the worse types of silent torture a person can endure. It’s silent but only to those who cannot hear it. The sound from the frequency causes ringing in the ears which is on the other end of the spectrum then that of tinnitus.  It effects your quality of life and your health. It’s human rights abuse plain and simple. Gang stalking is another issue. My house was broken into. Things were stolen. I called the cops and got no help. I had gas and CO leaks. My food was tainted, my possessions were turned into junk and so much more was done. As a targeted individual, living through it, and survived I  pledge this petition with a prayer in hopes that the appropriate people will take action and hold those accountable for the evil program and shut it down for good.
