The City of Ormond Beach has allowed Biketoberfest to occur, however we are yet to see a public meeting be scheduled. It has now been two months since the original meeting concerning the development amendment on the loop has been canceled. The City is neglecting to schedule this meeting. There are countless Churches and other venues, including the Performance Arts Center that can hold a meeting while also adhering to COVID-19 regulations. 

The City Manager has also refused to meet with Suzanne and I. Last month we had a private meeting scheduled with the City Manager but it was canceled on their behalf. I followed up with multiple emails and phone calls, all were ignored or sent to voice mail. After finally getting through to the City Manager's office, I was told they could not meet with us due to scheduling conflicts.
