Hello again everyone! Thank you so much for your support, we’re almost at 35,000 signatures! Please continue sharing and speaking out about this, we need to take a stand to protect the Loop in any way we can! But we can’t do this if our goals are forgotten from those around us. Please help me spread awareness about what is happening in our county and maintain the topic’s popularity so we can put a stop to this sprawl.
There are many possible solutions to end future and current housing development in the Loop, including: having the land purchased by conservation groups, limiting major road access, or even establishing the Ormond Beach Loop as a state park. We must work together to make these solutions a reality and protect the Loop’s native wetlands and wildlife for generations to come.
There is also a protest on this matter June 19th (Friday) at 5pm on the Granda Bridge near City Hall, Ormond Beach. All are welcome, feel free to bring a Save The Loop sign or a buddy. Thank you!
