   My name is Ken Sinclair. I would like bars in Rochester, NY; specifically, in Monroe County to stay open until 4am. 
    In my opinion, some benefits of living in this city are the food, music, nightlife and entertainment. Our greater area holds some of New York State’s best and sought after venues, theatre’s, and performing arts centers. I just wish we could enjoy all of that inside an establishment until 4am. Show goers will feel much safer staying inside a bar until 4am, rather than looking for the next thing to do at such late hours. I believe bars can quickly adapt to the new schedule, and could always use the extra revenue in sales. 
    The local community can really appreciate two more hours of socializing, dancing, and ordering food at their favorite spots. From experience, most local performances don’t get busy until about 11pm. An event typically opens its doors at 8pm, and waits there for three hours until people start showing up. By pushing the closing hours until 4am, it’ll give bars and guests a little more time to enjoy the peak of the night without an abrupt stop just three hours later. 
    Rochester has always been a great place to enjoy music, events and more. Let’s push our last call until 4am, so we can have a couple more hours to enjoy it all together! -Thank you
