My name is Frank hunt I'm from Orlando Florida I've been livin in Richmond Virginia for the past 5 years I've been a victim of police brutality More times than I can account for in my Life I have been through the prison system twice and i understand  our true struggle  as a people and in whole   I believe  that we need someone  who empathizes  with us on our struggles  leading  the community  some of the most intelligent  people in the world  are behind bars  and I came from behind those bars with a purpose  to make our lives better. I want to defund the police . I want to create community  boards to police the police or abolish the police department  altogether   and create community ambassadors  to help solve our problems  . I also want to attempt to make Richmond  the first  city in America  to have free health coverage   and free college and most importantly  I want to lead this city into a new day and era in which our kids and future generations never know what racism is
