Toggenburg mountain was a home to many over the winters a staple, a place where you knew everyone it was a true community. This petition is in support of taking down and exposing the greed and money lust of Peter Harris and intermountain. competition and the idea of a free marketplace is the idea of choice. the people of cny no longer have a choice in where they ski where they spend their money without having to travel far outside the comfort of their local community. For me and my family it offered an option that we preferred even if there was a so called better option we still chose toggenburg because of the sentimental values and a sense of community that made up for what might have lacked in size and luxury. we the people the skiers, snowboarders and other members of the Central New York community present this petition to save the legacy of toggenburg and keep the people the consumers in charge of having options in skiing in the Syracuse area.
