In August of 2019 Leila Horsman and Kaci Mills became roommates at the University of Texas in Arlington. But soon after moving in together they became best friends. They were basically inseparable and made plans to live together next year. They were already concerned about having to be separated over the long summer break between school years, but then a tragedy happened. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic their dorm shut down and they were forced to move back home. The big part of this problem is that Leila lives in Little Rock, Arkansas. 5 hours away from Kaci's home in Dallas, TX. Now, their lives are with sadness and constant crying due to the fact that they are separated and both have been forced to comply with strict quarantine rules put in place by their parents. As of today it has been 2 weeks since either of them has been in contact with people outside of their homes, therefore it is safe to assume that they are not infected and will not be in danger of contaminating anyone else.
