Henderson Association Management, who operates as Sutton Farms Community Home Owners Association (HOA), should address the immediate need of a on-site Pool Attendant or Security Guard permanently stationed at the Sutton Farms Community Pool located at 1145 Rock Haven Dr Charlotte, NC 28216. 

We, The owners and residents of Sutton Farms,  are the funding members of the Home Owners Association and demand immediate change! 

We feel unsafe as we attend and visit our own community pool! There have been occasions of sexual harassment, out of control parties,  drug activities, underage drinking, littering and loitering; all of which are illegal in the City of Charlotte. 

This petition was created to communite our united voice and show our Home Owners Association, Henderson Management, that we demand change or a Plan of Action immediately.
