Update Compiled by SOTZ outreach coordinator Marlene Pedersen: The senate bill s7671 successfully moved out of the Senate Transportation Committee. Should hit the Senate floor for a vote soon. Chances of passage are good, but Sen Carlucci needs to hear from us.  518-455-2991.  We need his vote.  Tell him not to let us down!  Tell him to follow the lead of assembly members Ken Zebrowski and Ellen Jaffee, who have seen the light and are now supporting us. (Yay!!!) Once it gets through Senate, we focus on Assembly with all our might!  How can anyone possibly disagree with a compromise!!! Unless you’re a dirtbag piece of shit!  (wait don’t say that).
