Hello Tappan Zee-ers! Incredibly, we’ve reached 10,000 in less than a week. Westchester has about 950,000 residents. I think we can get 10% of the county to sign this thing. That’s 100,000 People. And what about Rockland? Maybe we can get beyond 100,000 people! For starters, our next milestone is 15,000 people. Keep up the great work and continue spreading the word to your friends and family. Every time I hear the news say “the Cuomo Bridge”, I cringe. I know many of you say, “It’ll always be the Tappan Zee,” but that’s not true. The new generation will grow up seeing signs for the Cuomo Bridge. They won’t even SEE the Tappan Zee name. In 20 years, our history will be gone, forever replaced by the name that has nothing to do with that bridge. The Tappan Indians and the Dutch? Forgotten. Please continue reposting on social media!
