The Murder Of Tyrone "Tall T" Franklin

The Murder Of Tyrone "Tall T" Franklin
The Issue
Tyrone "Tall T" Franklin was murdered in broad daylight yesterday 6.12.12 at a park in Stockton, CA around 3pm. His death is the 29th murder in Stockton this year. He was only 24 years old. Tyrone was sitting on a park bench with his girlfriend when someone tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around and was shot in the face. The murderer fled from the scene on foot. Tyrone Franklin was an aspiring young hip hop artist who had a bright and promising future. The police department have little to no leads in his murder. There were people in park at the time of the crime, yet no one can identify the shooter. He was an African American young man. His family grieves his death, including a young son (1yrs old).
This petition is to urge the Stockton Homicide Department to find and prosecute Tyrone's killer. Too many African American men are dying senseless deaths that are becoming unsolved mysteries. The importance of the lives of these young victims by the police departments is not there the way it should be! With your help this will be one that will see justice! Please sign this petition or call the Stockton Department of Homicide and express the importance of them solving the murders of their city. Put his family, my family's, heart at rest! Call 209-937-8323. Together we can end a vicious cycle!
