We are aware that Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD), Government of India has launched an ambitious ‘Smart City Mission’ to transform the urban environment, liveability, and sustainability of selected 97 cities.

Kanpur Municipal Corporation (KMC) is preparing improved Smart City Proposals to participate in ‘Round-2’ of Smart City project with new vision, goal and methodology. Citizens of all sectors are engaged for their suggestions and participation in preparation of proposals. We firmly believe that this initiative will greatly benefit city and its citizens.

This petition is to express our full support to KMC in execution of proposed “Smart City Project”. We shall assist KMC during implementation of Smart City Proposals.

We look forward to working with KMC in Smart City Project and provide our possible support to transform urban scenario in terms of making Kanpur a better place to live.
