Miraculous Ladybug has become a really successful show over the past 6 or so years, but does the production team receive the right amount compensation for their work ethic? Unfortunately no thats not the case, and because of this quite a few of cast members have requested for a pay raise. Sadly their request was refused. And if the cast members still wasn't satisfied, then they would be replaced with another voice actor, which would take upon their current role.

This has happened to a few voice actors in the past, for instance Erin Fitzgerald who voiced Rose and Juleka in Season 1 was replaced, Benjamin Diskin who voiced Nino, Max, Nooroo, Mr XY in Seasons 1-3 was replaced, and now Joe Ochman who voices Mayor Bourgeois and Santa Claus in Seasons 1-4 may possibly be getting replaced in Sesason 5 if this continues.

It's honestly heartbreaking knowing that I and so many other miraculers won't be able to hear these cast members voices on the show anymore. And also looking at it from the cast's perspective, they have been apart of the show for quite a long time, and during that time, the show has become quite successful. So for them to grow that connection with the people they've worked with creating such a fantastic show, it must sadden them too to leave simply because they're being underpaid.

And this isn't the first instance either where ZAG isn't compensating the production department effectively. SAMG, an animation studio that has been with Miraculous since Season 1!!! Quit because their staff was also being underpaid. The cast, the fans, the animation studio deserve better treatment towards the quality and execution of the show after years of loyalty and dedication.

I'm making this petition in hopes of the cast and everyone who is behind the scenes responsible for the production of the show, to receive a higher compensation for the exceptional work ethic they provide to the show ❤️ I'm sure alot of people can agree with me on that.

I'm hoping ZAG recognizes this issue and brings this topic to their attention to discuss. Please ZAG, provide your production team with the compensation they deserve ❤️ #ZAGPayUp
