We believe the proposal to close A&E at Dewsbury will put lives at risk.
We do not believe people should have to travel to Pinderfields for emergency care.
There may be clinical arguments for centralising some departments but scrapping a 24 hour emergency service like this seems like putting saving money before saving lives
