Petition to Request a Feasibility Study for HOA Dissolution

To the Board of Directors of the Meadows at Reed Creek HOA,

We, the undersigned homeowners of the Meadows at Reed Creek, respectfully request that the HOA retain an independent third-party professional to conduct a feasibility study to determine the legal, financial, and operational viability of dissolving the Homeowners Association.

This study should objectively evaluate potential impacts, obligations, costs, and benefits to the community and provide clear guidance to homeowners so that informed decisions can be made regarding the future of the HOA. We further request that the cost of this feasibility study be paid for by the HOA as a common expense, as it directly relates to the governance and long-term interests of the community as a whole.

We believe that commissioning an independent feasibility study is a prudent and transparent step that serves the best interests of all homeowners and promotes informed discussion and decision-making.
