Dorin Chirtoaca, the Mayor of Chisinau, Moldova allows his citizens to bludgeon, shoot, poison, set alight and skin alive the stray dogs of Moldova. !!! He gives his permission to have the dogs 'rounded' up and taken to the Municipality 'shelter'. Here the dogs are taken to another room and killed with a metal bar or spade ! Some are skinned alive for their fur !!  They are then thrown into a pit, some still alive !!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!! This must STOP !!!!! The correct way is to accept the help from an International Animal Welfare Organisation who is willing to implement a spay - neuter - release programme. We, the undersigned, do NOT condone animal cruelty !!!!!!!! And speak on behalf of all the stray dogs in Moldova !!!!!! STOP THE CRUELTY !!!!!!
