IDBI bank is requested to take action on the request for closing my account.

In August 2015 IDBI send a message to me that they have increased the MAB and asked me to maintain the account accordingly.
Since I was not able to maintain the new MAB I send an email to the bank to close my account immediately and send the proceeds to my address and also informed them that the written request will be submitted as soon as I am back to Kochi. The written request was submitted on 29/10/2015.
The account is not closed until today the negative balance is escalating month after month.
At the time of my request for closing the account the balance was Rs. 996.76 and presently it is -7062.24.
Even though I contacted the branch and head office regularly the account was not closed.
So on 17th Jan 2016 I rasied a complaint through http://www.idbi.com/crmsonline/(IDBI Bank Customer Complaint Form) reference number : WEB/1147826206. No response to my complaint.
On 5th March 2016 I contacted IDBI customer care at 18002001947 and I was assured that this complaint will be considered on priority basis and will be solved without delay.
On 20th March 2016 I emailed to "email@example.com" and got a reply that : We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. We shall endeavor to resolve your query/concern at the earliest.
No response after that
On 29th April 2016 I contacted IDBI customer care at 18002001947 and I was told to pay the present negative balance to close the account.
On the request date to close my account due to my inability to maintain the MAB the balance was Rs. 996.76. I am requesting the bank to close my account as on my request date and send me the balance to my address.
