Jason Martin's case to be overturned. Jason Martin was wrongfully convicted.

Jason Martin's case to be overturned. Jason Martin was wrongfully convicted.
The Issue
Having Jason released from prison on a crime he did not commit will impact our family in three positive ways; leadership, generosity and commitment. Although he has been away from me and other family members for 15 years, he is a better person by using this time away to improve himself from the youth that entered prison at 18 years of age.
His courage and perseverance has allowed him to overcome many challenges while in his difficult situation. Jason has matured in a beautiful way in spite of his incarceration. He continues to learn and applies himself by enrolling in varies classes and programs to improve his life. Jason completed his high school education and received his G.E.D. He studied psychology in a Bakersfield College course with a desire to work with young people in our community. In addition, Jason studied physical anthropology, Statics, Communications, Business and self-taught Real Estate and property development. Jason is ambitious and possess an outstanding work ethic.
An injustice has been perpetrated on Jason and has caused this man 15 years of his life away from family and friends. FACT1 - Witnesses against him said “all black people look alike. FACT2 - Witnesses against him were paid $25,000 for their testimony. FACT3 - After 3 motions to preserve DNA evidence, a court custodian was allowed to destroy the evidence and everything that was left in Jason Martin's post - conviction. FACT4 - To no fault of his own, court dates took place without him or his representatives present. JASON MARTIN IS AN INNOCENT MAN AND THERE IS NOT ANY EVIDENCE OTHERWISE.
