We, the undersigned, hereby support and demand that the Light Fest(TM) refunds the persons who purchased tickets for the Lights Festival - Philadelphia:

• Oct 11, 2017, Coopersburg, PA
• Nov 4, 2017, Delta, PA

This demand requires not only an immediate response but also a timely refund to the original ticket holders who were promised that the event would be held on Bell Gate Farm in Coopersburg, PA. 

On Oct 10, 2017, the Light Fest(TM) issued a statement that original event will be rescheduled to Delta, PA on Nov 4. The relocation, Delta, is unjustifiably remote (2 hours driving) from the original location promised to Philadelphia ticket purchasers and therefore fails to fulfill on the goods and services initially agreed upon.

Furthermore, it will no longer be tolerated that the Light Fest(TM) delay and prolong communication to its customers, further postponing any move towards resolving this issue. To resolve this problem, we demand that the original ticket purchasers for The Lights Festival - Philadelphia be refunded their money within 30 days of this statement and that the Light Fest(TM) set up an online site to cooperatively and smoothly fulfill this request before legal action is taken.
