In 1992, the historical epic "The last of the Mohicans" was released. The film had an all star cast, including Daniel Day Lewis, Wes Studi and Russell Means. Directed by Michael Man, the film was an adaptation of the 1826 book written by James Fenimore Cooper. I believe that for the film to be truly appreciated, the directors expanded edition, first released on DVD in 1999, should be released on 4k ultra. Also, the 4k release date should be released on the 30th anniversary of the films original release.
