Tim Boggs has been a dedicated member of the Jefferson City Jaycees for over 15 years. He has volunteered countless hours working with the Jefferson City Jaycees chapter. Up until last year he has been the announcer and MC in the arena at the Cole County fair for 15 years. We want his talents back in the booth for the Cole County Fair. Please help is put him back where he belongs.
