The Jacqueline Initiative for Judicial Accountability™️ Rebranded on August 19, 2026.
Our Mission:
I created this petition as a mother, a women’s rights advocate, and a survivor of systemic judicial overreach. My family was targeted by an abusive legal system, resulting in the abduction of one of my children. I was then forced to defend myself and my other child against a malicious, meritless prosecution that was weaponized against me and deliberately filed under fake names to hide the truth. I am fighting to expose court-appointed abuse, stop forced guardianships, and demand real accountability for mothers and women targeted by corrupted systems.
Why I Rebranded to The Jacqueline Initiative™️:
I originally launched this grassroots movement on January 17, 2025, under my original birth name, Wendy’s Law. After we gained significant momentum, NYC Council Member Frank Morano introduced official city legislation using our exact petition name. To protect my independence, prevent public confusion, and ensure city politicians do not hijack my independent voice, I have officially rebranded.
The name "Jacqueline" honors my history of survival and resilience against institutional corruption. While politicians make speeches and take credit for grassroots ideas, everyday mothers like me are suffering the real-world consequences of legal fraud and malicious actions.
What I am Fighting For:
Protection from Malicious Prosecution & Identity Fraud: Eradicating the weaponization of the courts, including cases maliciously brought against women and children under fake names or hidden EDDS filings. (Electronic court document submissions that are hidden from public view).
Mothers' and Women's Rights: Defending the fundamental rights of mothers to protect their children from unlawful legal abductions and systemic family separation.
True Judicial Accountability: Establishing strict, independent oversight for prosecutors, court-appointed guardians, and judges to protect vulnerable women from coordinated institutional abuse.
Protection of Witness Rights & Confidentiality: Demanding strict, criminal accountability for state and county actors who violate Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) rules. I am fighting to end institutional retaliation and federal witness tampering used to silence survivors who speak out against court corruption.

Description
Survivors of abuse and their children are being failed by a broken system. Too often, the very mechanisms meant to protect them, courts, agencies, and mandatory reporters, are weaponized against them through false accusations, malicious prosecution, and systemic biases. DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender) tactics are commonly used by abusers to manipulate the system, turning survivors into the accused while shielding the perpetrators.
My own experience is a tragic example of this failure. As a survivor, I have been maliciously prosecuted for nearly 2 years based on false accusations. Three mandatory reporters lied, and I lost custody of my child. I was denied legal counsel, retraumatized, and left with no recourse. I am not alone. Survivors and their children deserve better protections and accountability.
Wendy’s Law will:
Protect children and survivors by ensuring their safety and well-being are prioritized over abusers’ rights.
Prevent the misuse of the system by requiring accountability for false accusations, malicious prosecution, and DARVO tactics.
Guarantee survivors’ access to competent legal counsel and trauma-informed services, regardless of financial means.
Hold agencies, courts, and mandatory reporters accountable for negligence, bias, or misconduct in handling cases.
We demand that New York State lawmakers pass Wendy’s Law to close the loopholes that allow survivors to be revictimized by the system. Stand with us to ensure survivors and their children are truly protected and that abusers cannot manipulate the system to cause further harm.
