Over a year of living with covid !!!! but we are not really living we are just existing and that’s fine as long as we are repressing the virus.. 

At the moment with level 5 restrictions in place  all non essential shops are closed as we all know well at this stage, and with the possibility that these restrictions will continue into June.  We are allowed to have weddings albeit with 6 guests BUT we are not allowed into a wedding shop to purchase any items. 
Shops that are deemed essential (supermarkets ect)  can have up to 150 people in the premises at any given time.

Why can we not have 2 or 3 people in a wedding store for a certain period of time when wedding stores are designed for this purpose and have all precautions in place. 

My petition is to ask the Irish Government to  consider allowing the opening of wedding shops and suppliers to allow brides of 2021 only to avail of the services of these shops by appointment and with all covid safety measures in place.
