This dog has been pulled with a car all over the streets. It is very obvious in the video how the poor dog is suffering from such torture and cruelty. The video has been taken with a female driver in Gilan, Iran. She avoided asking the driver to stop or do anything else regarding any further retaliation. The video shared with an organization that rescues the animals, and on the facebook but they were not able to find the guy. The city does not take an action against this criminal animal abuse as they do not recognize this as an abuse and cruelty. The city and related organizations won't put the time on this matters and its happening and happening in Iran more and more. This action needs signatures from all over the world for stop same actions from the same person or similar abusers. He needs to be  arrested asap.
