On the night of December 23, 2024, officers with the London City Police arrived to serve a warrant for a stolen weedeater that belonged to a retired judge executive. Officer arrived to the wrong address, kicked the door in, and proceeded to shoot the innocent man, Doug Harless. The officer involved was Josh Morgan. London CITY Police served a warrant outside their city jurisdiction(in Lily, KY) at the wrong address and killed an innocent man. The man they were looking for had been arrested a few days prior. A neighbor got the footage on her security camera and should sue for damages with a civil rights attorney. We need all 7 officers who trespassed on this innocent mans property removed from ever holding a badge again and all their superiors to immediately resign. Including the Chief of London, KY police department and Mayor of London City.
