Violent shocking video depicts a male abuser repeatedly and forcefully kicking a young downed deer in the head as the animal flails in pain and distress. The abuser can be heard saying, “I just hit this [expletive]” and “Boom, you’re [expletive] up!” as onlookers laugh and cheer him on. This occurred in Perry County, IL.
Illinois Dept of Natural Resources turned their investigation results over to Perry County state’s attorney David Searby Jr.
