As a member of the British Public it is a disgrace that Jon Venables identity after committing more crimes as an adult is still being protected by our government and other public bodies. This at a substantial cost to British taxpayers. Prior to his recent misdemeanour he could walk freely in our society have relationships and most likely be around children as nobody is allowed to know who he is or what he did in his past. It cannot be allowed when he is released again in the future. Many other high profile people have been named and shamed as paedophiles why is he as an adult being treated differently? We need to be able to protect all children from him in future. I urge the government to name this person and show the citizens of the UK who he is today before there are any further victims of his crimes.
