This petition is to seek the support of the HOA to allow the residents of Cinco Ranch I to host a community garage sale once or twice a year like many of our surrounding communities. For many of the residents, it can be inconvenient, for a few reasons, to have to load up garage sale items to sell at other locations, or to post items individually for sale. Having a community wide garage sale will allow time for people to prepare and plan for their garage sale and will also give notice to anyone outside of Cinco Ranch I so that garage sale traffic will be steady and productive allowing for selling success!
