716 Human Rights Heritage Memorial

716 Human Rights Heritage Memorial
The Issue
This journey is a memorial "a statement of facts, especially as the basis of a petition". We in WNY have just commemorated the Tops Five victims of the Buffalo supermarket mass shooting 1 year after the racist massacre. These Human Rights Covenants, The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights in the city Charter would be a benefit to the legal civil process that is currently in place to hold Corporations responsible. Take action now!
So-called "Blacks" are an underrepresented denationalized group in the USA and abroad. Moor (Hamitic Arabs and Hebrews) is a nationality and cultural identity with over 80 years of history in the 716 area code of Western New York. The Addeynu Allahe Universal Arabic Association AAUAA is a Muslim Moor community in West Valley a hamlet in the Town of Ashford in Cattaraugus County. Murakush Society is a national heritage foundation, of the USA religious corporation, Murakush Caliphate of America "MCA" standing on the shoulders of "AAUAA", has developed a status correction process to aid in renationalizing Black heritage in the USA.
USA Common Law affords those who renationalize as Moor, rights to self-invoking Treaties to which the USA is a party also having the force of federal legislation, forming part of what the US Constitution calls "the supreme Law of the Land." The State is however a repressive organization enacting many systemic disenfranchising mechanisms, namely the violation of due process 'anything that includes depriving a person of {life, liberty, or property,} without due process of law'.
The definition of Heritage is the full range of our inherited traditions, monuments, objects, and culture. Moors are considered to be part of a Religious group, a Racial group, an Ethnicity, and also a Nationality. (same as Jewish people) The Human Rights Act as part of a city charter and State statute is very important toward the long-term goals of Moors [So-called Blacks]. A Human Rights Act would go further into protecting the rights to an Identity such as Moor and repairing the denationalization that has occurred due to colonization. The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights were signed by the USA. 500 Buffalo NY resident signatures are needed as part of the process to have these added to the City Charter.
