Artis Hughes is the victim in this matter. Shidea Lane not only threatened Mr. Hughes but she spat on him as well. Mr. Hughes' reaction was a natural reaction and he is only human. Ms. Lane's actions were uncouth and definitely uncalled for. For her to call herself a victim is absurd. The ONLY party that should be receiving an apology is Mr. Hughes- from the Cleveland RTA and Ms. Lane.
