CPS across this Nation needs reforming ! Breaking Family's apart ! doesn't matter what State you live in America ! it all needs reforming ! CPS is trained to break up homes , looking for anything to prove your an unfit parent will lie , manipulate , intimidate , and destroy YOUR Family !
anyone's child is NOTHING but a dollar sign to these trained workers , they receive so much PER head ! and if the child has a special need more money ,if the child is an infant, toddler more money .they want the infants and toddler's they are easier to be ADOPTED out from underneath you ! they will drug your child even if the child does not need it saying they have ADD or something else !
they have placed many children with foster care and the child ends up molested , beaten, or dead !
YOU parent HAVE RIGHTS just like any child of America has too ! DO NOT ALLOW ANY CPS CASEWORKER too INTIMIDATE YOU into signing your RIGHTS away !

first of all it's OK to cry , this will allow you to think more clearly ...now prepare for at least a year long battle having to deal with the American mafia...an legal agency that is consider the black market adoption ring !
they are all demons and the GOVERNMENT funds them !
do all that is asked of you to do to gain your child/children back !
and if by chance you cannot afford legal presentation and the court has order you an attorney make sure he/she does their job ! if not , ask judge to appoint another !
speak up in court room!
DO NOT DISCARD ANYTHING ( PAPERED DOCUMENTS ) AWAY! EVER !!!
and invest in a phone that can record conversations with any caseworker you may
speak to and LET them know this is what your doing ! this will now shut the door to ANY intimidation they might use on you !
refuse any drug that the CPS may order for your children ! or even yourself ! like an antidepressants ! they want you and your child so relaxed so that they can walk all over you like door mats !
find your comfort zone and always be alert ! they will come at you like a demon would with a vengeance ! follow your service plan !
be prepared educate yourself and pray !
I lived and learned and have been through the HELL this group of CPS caseworkers brought to my home in Texas !
they took all five of my children ages ranging from 14 down to almost a year old !
and then adopted the three youngest children out to my blood sister and her husband . Edwin David Belcher and Kim Belcher of Center Texas !
her husband molested two of my children for three years and did not serve ONE night in jail for his actions ! even with verbal warnings to the CPS caseworkers of Amarillo Texas ! these women knew this family was a threat to any child before they allowed the adoption to take place , but the dollar amount exceeded these children safety ! so they chose the dollar amount !
he walked free but supposedly received FIVE years probation ! and does not even have to register as a sex offender of TEXAS ! why ? because this would show to all that CPS made wrongful decisions for my children !
and this all started because one made an allegation to CPS caseworkers about me and when CPS starts an investigation and ONE family member makes a false allegation about you they jumped all over it and made a mole hill into a GREAT BIG MOUNTAIN !
i had three small children ages eleven months, and eight year old, and nine year old ! they suffered GREATLY at the chooses that CPS of Amarillo Texas made for them ! Drugged my fore-teen year old and place my thirteen year in any foster home that was available ! until they gave her back AFTER they had forced me to sign my rights away to the youngest three !
I was married to the LOVE of my LIFE and CPS made me DIVORCE him saying that once i did they would give my children back THEY LIED !
everything that they require me to do I DID !
and yet they would lie to the judge about this ! saying i was not complying to the scheduled service plan ! and that's another thing ....make sure what ever they ask you to do that it is COURT ORDERED before you do it ! i was backed up against a brick wall one day by the court appointed advocate and her so close into my face that with her words she was spitting on me and saying, " the judge will believe me over you any day! " i was expecting my sixth child during this time and they found another thing to use against me and to intimidate me into signing over my rights ! telling me that if i sign away my rights to the three youngest children i could keep the one i was expecting , but if i didn't sign away they would take newborn upon arrival ! i had to sacrifice three to save one ! the court appointed advocate tried to hide a letter that my child had wrote from the judge but i came prepared and had a copy ! they would not allow my children to speak in court even though i had two that was old enough to speak ! they took away my children's rights !
maliciousness is the CPS all across America people ! and once i found a web sight of all the children that have died at the mistakes the CPS hell workers made for them ! and only know of a hand full of parents that received their children back after causing a year long hell for the family ! so much more to my story and it is a terror ! but if your an innocent parent KNOW YOUR RIGHTS, FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS ! AND FIGHT FOR THE RIGHTS OF YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN !

• 5:30pm​     Leatha Shea Martin   yeah it hurts especially when i know he wants to see me my cosuins who are his age tell me so they get to see him al the time their mom is the only person kim talks to in the family i'll tell chantil hi for you........Also i've always wanted to tell you that i lied about david belcher ........he molested me too but i was sooooo scared of him then he threatened to kill us i figured that nobody would believe us as it seemed nobody did since he was let off so easily... every night i pray that he doesnt ever get the chance to hurt another child again ....i hear he is still around this area and i hope i never see his face because now that im older and i know he cant hurt me and i might lose it if i ever do see him.... its really hard holding this in sometimes ...my mom ,jody and sisters are the only people i have told ,..but i just feel that if i would of spoke up he'd be where he was supposed to be in prison i had planned on telling it then when everything was happing but when i found out kim was still wanting him back and talking to him i felt like i could trust no one anyways i just wanted you to know that .....

I'm thinking he violated probation and there is still warrant for his arrest. I guarantee you he hasn't stopped...pedophiles just don't. I understand why you didn't say anything and I understand why you didn't trust Kim. I've never seen Lynda K chew anybody out like she did Kim when she saw that letter to him that you found. She tore her up back there in my office.
  Something else you may not know. David had Gene Borders backing him, got him high dollar lawyer who hired James Lostracco Sr who is private investigator (who HATES child molesters). When he found out what I had to say about David and some other things, he refused to work for the lawyer any more. I know James very well and he told me himself everybody knew David was guilty..let me reset computer and I will tell you rest  
• 7:45pm​     Cindy Carswell   David tried to molest another girl about 13, they went to church with them. I know the girls mother, her kids were in counseling with me. Her husband worked for Gene Borders too. But he never did anything to other girl, but wanted her to come live with him. Anyway, before Gene died he realized he'd made terrible mistake in defending David. He never apologized to me for all the bad things he said about me and the advocacy center, but he did to Lynda K.
  I am so glad that you told me Leatha, don't feel guilty...like I said you were a child. And if you really wanted to, you could still press charges against him...there is not statute of limitations in Texas. I always just adored you girls and knew how bad it was for you. Kim never should have lied like she did to get you in first place, just to let you be abused. If you ever need to talk, I will always be here for you....

• 9:35am​     Leatha Shea Martin   well i would really like to put him him where he belongs there's usually not a day that goes by when i don't think about what happened,.. since i already relive those days in my nightmares i wouldn't mind standing there to testifie,... i'd just hope he wouldn't get away if i did...i can't believe he really tried it again but like you said they never stop he's seriously messed up in his head,.. his twin sisters knew i wasn't lieing because he did it to them when they where young.and kim quit talking to me because i fessed up to her about david and she didn't want to hear it. i think shes scared she will lose her child support for sean from him,..when me and chantil ran away for good she kept collecting for us until we where 18 even though we were not there and she called in that we where missing but then said if they found us she didn't want us back because it was to inconvient for her.Also my mother got ahold of the governor and got them to over look ever bit of our case front to back we haven't heard anything back but the state is supposedly reviewing it . I have always felt guilty i was older than my sister and should have been there right beside her through all of it so i feel its my responsibility to finish it . maybe then i could find peace with myself,.. jody always told me he would help me but i don't know any lawyers on top of that it would be hard for me to come up with the money.thanks for talking to me about all this i had always wondered if gene ever new the truth before he died.
