Hello,
Are you tired of seeing your neighborhood ridden by drugs? Are you sick of reading about over-doses as well as seeing those young men, women and children being taken over by the streets, crime, prostitution and addiction? My name is Nicquel Holmes and I am a 20 year old grew up on the streets of New Port Richey, Fl. I watched about 75% of her friends fall into the hands of addiction, or worse, overdose. Her dream is to help those who can't afford rehab centers, a way out of addiction while successfully executing the treatment, attention and support system needed to recover. I'm currently writing you in search of volunteers, sponsors, and donations.

This will be a NON-Profit Organization, in which will help take young addicts off the streets, and into our rehab physicality for extended stay treatment. The program will offer expense free, or low income based payments for the patients. It's a voluntary 12 step program, where each patient will receive the detox, healthcare, and psychological treatment they need. For 12 months, each patient will remain in the physicality as this is a live-in program. Once you opt in, you will wave your rights to leave, until the program has been completed. Patients will receive individual screening and placed into the program based on the severity of the case. All patients should receive detox treatments, food, fluids, toiletries, as well as medical attention and activities to take their mind off the addiction.

We are going to base the home of the project in Pasco County, Florida. The city of New Port Richey to be exact. Over the last four years, crime, prostitution, the amount of minors using the drugs, and the over-dose rating in which are all linked to addiction have risen in West Pasco County over 80%! The amount of these users who abuse intravenously also known as "main-lining," the most dangerous way known to abuse drugs has sky rocketed beyond the beliefs of most officers, psychologists and doctors. Rehab Centers are too far out of reach as well as too expensive for addicts to afford. PAR and other Methadone clinic's are either turning their applicants away OR simply replacing the drug with another. We want to stop that. We want to offer legitimate help, and stop allowing our youth to fall before their time. We want to rebuild our future, because in the end, our youth is America's future.

This is NOT a scam. This is not someone who just wants money. I re-assure you, we are actually trying to establish a program, location and staff a real organization! We truly want to clean up our streets! If there is a donation, a receipt will be sent to you proving the supplies or services you helped contribute. However, we do prefer material, and food donations, pertaining to this type of program. All volunteers are greatly appreciated. We need medical staff all the way down to kitchen and maintenance staffing. As of right now, we have nothing to start with except the money the state is willing to contribute. We appreciate anything you can contribute, no matter how big or small. Nothing goes un-noticed and everything is a step forward! LET'S CLEAN UP OUR STREETS!
