Communities Secretary Greg Clark has approved England's second puppy farm to breed beagles who's only purpose will be for experiments and testing. 

The Tories have fucked up enough and if they wish to see innocent animals experimented on for medicinal purposes, they should volunteer themselves instead.

The existing farm in Harlan, Cambridgeshire, breeds up to 3,000 puppies a year for testing and both are owned by US company Marshall BioResources.

This is unfair and inhumane, and if the government is willing to test on animals, they should be willing to test on themselves. Put an end to the barbaric reality of factory farming and experimentation on animals, who don't have a choice in this.

Signing this petition will not only give animals a break, but give the Tory government an option to show some selflessness. Let's see what happens.
