The incompetence of the CTM is causing financial loss and psychological distress to the passengers. The staff is rude and ignorant and the system is always down. People are not  receiving hotel booking confirmations and being forced to reschedule flights over and over again. No refund is being done on payments made. The government has handed over free reigns to a mafia! There is no media highlight on the issue either . Hundreds and thousands are at the mercy of an incompetent management who is making millions out of it and not delivering at all. This needs to stop!
