I have been addicted to benzodiazepines for 31 yrs and have now been in withdrawel for the past 10 months , with symptoms ranging from constantly being sick on a daily basis to blackouts , sleepless nights , dramatic weight loss and many more . These prescribed medications are more addictive than heroin and the withdrawal symptoms are the worst you can get , sometimes lasting for years .. The problem has now become an epidemic with around 3.5 million people in UK being prescribed them unaware how addictive they are , most of these people won't even know they are addicted .. Its time to take a stand against the companies that manufacture these and the government to stop them being available. .
