Overturn the Mickelbergs criminal record. Right the injustice of innocent victims

The issue

To the Mickelberg Family and to Avon Lovell for enlightening us to the injustice of your criminal conviction still an official record when clearly you are innocent.
For Krysta and Deagan who i have been blessed to come to love. Peter and Ray. This is for project innocence and reversal of the seizure laws also that are grossly abused to this day and need massive review.
I write this on behalf of innocent victims of a crime they spent 22 yrs fighting and didnt commit. These men were framed by corrupt police officers who admitted so. One with remorse who became the police officer he is meant to be and admitted he and Detective Hancock set up the Mickelberg brothers for a crime they were clearly not involved in. When researching further it is very clear that it is very possible both Don Hancock and Alan Bond orchestrated the Mint swindle as both has means motive and opprtunity to have the gold flown to South Africa where mr Bond owned a mine. The brothers endured loss of life and years in jail until finally it has been proven that they not only did not do the crime the evidence was false at every step.
What the high court of appeal failed to address was the fact the convictions should have been completely overturned and the case dismissed and the officers involved charged accordingly. What happened instead is the court stated it could not prove they did not do it. which meant the conviction recorded against their names stays.
What occured was a lengthy and insulting battle to this innocent family whose lives were torn apart and their children suffering years without their fathers and a totally corrupt group of people who fought to keep innocent men in jail for a very long time because one police officer took it upon himself to break the law.
It was not to be the first time he had done so nor the last that Detective Don Hancock would force other officers to do his bidding and there is enough evidence in the crime and corruption commission to prove the innocence of the Mickelberg Brothers. Framed by a police officer who fabricated evidence and physically and verbally assaulted Peter Mickelberg. and Ray lost a finger in Jail and no explanation was given for their brothers death.
The black box was never found and for he the meticulous flyer he was. It is not hard to work out in the light of things that foul play was involved.The victim of crime payout should be reviewed as well for the governments handling and treatment of the Mickelbergs is a sad fact in a long history of innocent men in jail due to the hands of Detective Don Hancock and his police informants and those he used to get his own way.
It is a sad day when after all these men endured not only did they get billed for legal aid by a government who did not prosecute this officer to the full extent of the law. The reality is nobody even considered it was Don Hancock himself totally involved in the swindle financed by person humiliated by the Texas Rose.
This does not give cause for fabricated evidence and false testimony to be justifiable in its execution to remotely even state these men were involved.
Please Australia Lets change the direction of this country and justice system because innocent people are still in jail for crimes police informants have committed with approval by a corrupt detective and system that has been very quick to seize assets and force people to forfeit their assets and are not returned when found innocent,
