Iranian people have been fighting for basic human rights for over 40 years. The Federal Republic of Germany must stand with Iranian people and against the regime in Iran.

As an Iranian woman who grew up under the barbaric rules and laws of Iran, I find it necessary for the German government to support Iranian people with concrete and clear actions. There is no reason to continue negotiating with this terrorist regime. With this petition I would like to use my freedom as a German citizen and fight shoulder to shoulder with my brothers and sisters in Iran against the terrorists of the Islamic Republic.

After the murder of Mahsa Amini by morality police, the Iranian people have clearly shown that they are not waiting for the West to bring democracy for them. The people of Iran are brave enough to fight for their democracy themselves. They just want western countries to stop supporting, saving, and feeding their regime. The Federal Republic of Germany must stop negotiating and working with the terrorists of the Islamic Republic. I call on the federal government:

• To identify the regime's criminals and issue international arrest warrants
• To ensure that the Islamic Republic's membership in United Nations Commission on the Status of Women gets revoked
• To summon Iran's ambassador followed by his deportation to Iran
• To freeze the bank accounts of Iranian government officials, Revolutionary Guard officials, morality police and other pro-government organisations
• To stop deporting Iranian refugees

مردم ایران بیش از چهل سال است که برای حقوق اولیهٔ انسانی خود در حال مبارزه کردن هستند. جمهوری فدرال آلمان میبایست با اقدامات مشخص و قاطع از جنبش مردم ایران حمایت کند.

به عنوان یک زن ایرانی که تحت قوانین وحشیانه و بدوی جمهوری اسلامی در ایران بزرگ شدم، لازم میدانم که دولت آلمان با اقداماتی کاملا مشخص و روشن از مردم ایران حمایت کند. من بشخصه هیچ دلیلی‌ برای ادامهٔ مذاکرات با این رژی تروریستی نمیبینم. من میخوام به عنوان یک شهروند آلمانی‌ایرانی از آزادی و حقوق شهروندی خودم استفاده کرده و شانه به شانهٔ برادران و خواهرانم در ایران علیه تروریستهای جمهوری اسلامی مبارزه کنم.

پس از قتل وحشیانهٔ مهسا امینی توسط گشت ارشاد، مردم شجأع ایران نشان دادند که منتظر کمک غرب برای آوردن دمکراسی به کشورشان نیستند. مردم ایران آنقدر شجاع هستند که خودشان برای دمکراسی مبارزه کنند. آنها تنها از کشورهای غربی میخواهند تأ دست از حمایت رژیم تروریستیشان بردارند. جمهوری فدرال آلمان باید از هر گونه همکاری با جمهوری اسلامی بردارد. من موارد زیر راا از دولت آلمان تقاضا می‌کنم:

-شناسایی جنایتکاران رژیم و صدور حکم بازداشت در سطح بیل المللی برای آنها

-لغو عضویت جمهوری اسلامی در کمیسین سازمان ملل متحد برای وضعیت زنان

- احضار سفیر ایران و اخراج وی از خاک آلمان

-  مسدود کردن حسابهای مقامات دولتی ایران، مقامات سپاه پاسداران، کارکنان گشت ارشاد، و سایر سازمانهای  حامی  دولت

- جلوگیری از اخراج پناهندگان ایرانی‌
