The Issue
In light of the recent shooting of Michael Brown, the growing tension between citizens and police, and the lack of justice under current deadly force laws, we must demand all on-duty police officers be required to wear a body camera. The use of body cameras will greatly diminish the discrepancies between the stories of police, victims and witnesses. The use of body cameras will increase police accountability and transparency. The use of body cameras will motivate police officers to act more responsibly. The use of body cameras will SAVE LIVES!
