Our family home, a cornerstone of memories since the 1940s, is now under threat. After the recent passing of my aunty Crystal Rose Gamez, her girlfriend is attempting to claim the house, disregarding its deep roots and significance to our family's history. This house isn't just two trailers put together; it holds generations of laughter, love, and irreplaceable moments that we should still be making today. Losing it would mean losing a vital piece of our family's identity, and the hard work and effort from the ones before us to ensure we have that love and laughter continue.

This situation has turned our lives into a living nightmare. Since Crystals passing, the girlfriend has been uncooperative and hostile, already having in her head what she wanted the moment my aunt started to pass. It has created immense emotional distress in my entire family. Her actions are not only causing pain but also threaten to completely erase our family's legacy. We need support to fight for what rightfully belongs to us and to protect the place where our family's story rightfully SHOULD continue to unfold.

It has also came to my attention that the property line we have as of now. She has went and taken my mom’s work equipment she needs for her C&B lawn care. That my mom and Crystal made together, by themselves.  The girlfriend’s cousin and herself have the possession of my aunts ashes, and will not let us get any part of her. It has came to texts being sent about our equipment being hidden and taken. They are trying to play petty games. And even made a petition to try to persuade the public people into getting MY FAMILYS HOME!
