Given the persistent delays in the planning of the replacement leisure centre for Larkhall, the community of Larkhall demands the following assurance from South Lanarkshire Council and South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture -

• That the full funding package be agreed and ring fenced by end of June 2023
• That the build be started before the end of 2023
• The new leisure centre will be opened before the end of July 2025
