The Issue
This petition has been made to draw the attention of the right governing bodies to formally investigate and hold Hammonds Furniture Ltd accountable for knowingly and actively breaching Trading Standards and Consumer Rights. Customers are suffering financially and emotionally due to their actions.
There have been many complaints made on Trust Pilot, Facebook and other social media channels where individual consumers feel that contracts have not been fulfilled, poor craftsmanship of the products with no after care, the misuse of contracts, wrong products being built into the homes with no rectification whilst leaving the consumers in dispair and out of pocket in many cases by thousands and thousands of pounds.
Many consumers are not feeling listened to, they are being completely ignore by the company and due to the companies size are feeling defeated with no where to turn!
Hammonds must take responsibility! They must review and improve their policies and procedures! They must refund the customers with faulty and incorrect products! They must look at their quality control! They must create an aftercare procedure! They must not misuse contracts and mislead customers causing a huge loss of their money and time!
It’s time this company was held accountable for the way it is treating its customers, for the way consumers feel bullied and intimidated!
It’s time that one loud collective voice was heard! We are no longer on our own, we are standing together and fighting for our legal rights!
