Men are driven to war when they find out that they are losing power and influence. The solution is the unification of the socioecoarchic system of the world, which I will explain now.

The Scientific Socioecoarchic System, or Physinomossynarchy, is above anything we have already had. It begins, according to Jacque Fresco, with a survey of the availability of the natural resources in one hand, by the SANR (System of Administration of the Natural Resources) and, on the other hand, a survey on the current and short term (imagine 35 years) demand. The next step is the unification of the products and services. In this step, scientists would evaluate the efficiency and sustainability of the products and services and choose what will be available to the acquirers. 

However, this cannot happen in a Political-Monetary System, it is all an introduction to a RBE, Resource Based Ecoarchy (Ecoarchy, “administration of Earth” = exacter than economy, “exercise of Earth’s laws by nature itself”). The money, or Inexact Medium for the Trade of Work (IMTW) serves, at most, to proof that the cospecimen has a job, but this can be done through other ways. During the transition from the MBE (Money Based Ecoarchy) to the RBE (Resource Based Ecoarchy), specifically during the surveys on the availability of resources and demand, we can use, however, a Global Inexact Mean of Trade of Work (GIMTW): the Trans (T$). By establishing fix prices, this system will be exacter than what we have today, and free from the artificialities that makes it inefficient. The banks will be replaced by the Safe-Box Houses, and its laws will be made by the Legislative Service. Don’t worry if you work at one of these, you will have an income until you find a new job. But don’t think you will relay on this forever, the Global Employment Registry (GER) will find the job options for you, maybe a job in a Safe-Box House. Still, in this phase, in order to avoid inflation of demand, the incomes will grow with the help of the Safe-Box Houses. The proposal is that the income will grow until the Trans$ equivalent to USD$ 3.000,00 by month.

After this transitional phase, the definitive phase will give, instead of the IMTW (just to remember, “Inexact Mean of Trade of Work”), will give UCLA (Unitary Credits for the Licensing for Acquisition, the UniCs). Each cospecimen will have an account on the website on the SUCLA (System of Unitary Credits for the Licensing for Acquisition), and this website will avoid excesses. The socioarchy will be made of three services: Legislative Service, composed of graduated cospecimens to govern; Judicial Service, composed of graduated cospecimen to judge; and Executive Service, made by Committees of Work Sectors or Scientific-Technical Committees. 

Once established in the whole world, this system, the Scientific Socioecoarchic System (SSS) or Physinomossynarchy will unite us from the survey to its final form.
