We the renters at 10 Halletts Pt have really been struggling to pay our rent on time each month throughout the pandemic.  We had lost a lot of our amenities during some of those months (which is understandable). We have lost the park across the street (Whitey Ford Field) where we all love to walk our dogs. All we ask is for some sort of concession to help us. Many renters agree that the rent is too high, and that we are stuck in rental leases that really should be renegotiated at this point.  You have lost many tenants and will lose many more bc you can find the same or more in Manhattan now with these prices.  We love where we live and we have made it a community.  Please help us stay and not leave!  We are asking for a 20-25% rent decrease for at least a year, and some sort of other help for those who cannot meet their obligations at all right now.  We thank you for taking the time to listen to us.
